Expertise and professionalism – our passion

Events should offer a mix of inspiration, information, entertainment and networking. Often, the unknown – the allure of not knowing precisely what to expect – can be really exciting. Event participants want to make their own decisions about what’s right for them at any given time, to see themselves not just as recipients of messages but also as playing an active part in proceedings.

Performances, interesting on-stage talks and additional workshops are just as important a part of the planning process as live podcasts and influencer meet-and-greets. Put simply, demands have changed when it comes to focusing on experiences. Audiences expect more interactive elements that capture their imaginations. “We already know that aesthetics, interaction and collaboration are playing a much bigger role than in the past. Today, it’s not just a question of laying the groundwork for new business relationships, it’s also about building contacts and community networking. And all of this creates further added value for our participants,” explains Managing Director Alexandra Kaszay.

Light shows, eye-catching projection technologies and a larger proportion of virtual elements are making the technical aspects of event planning even more exciting. Visitors might not be aware of this, but everybody behind the scenes knows that staging events would be a non-starter without technology. So our in-house Technology Department makes a significant contribution to the success of all the events we host.
