Catering's Best by InterContinental and CLUB.catering will run the catering until the end of June 2012. From July 2012 the new catering partners DO & CO, GERSTNER and COPALOCA will give the Hofburg catering a whole new look.
Up to 80 parking spaces are available for reservation on Heldenplatz. Our project management team can make the reservations for you.

The Hofburg Congress Center will register your event with the police and the owner of the building, the Burghauptmannschaft Österreich.

Yes, you are allowed to take photos yourself. In the case of non-commercial publication, the photos must be credited to Hofburg Vienna. If pictures are to be used for commercial purposes, please note that only our registered partner companies are entitled to take and sell photos.
Smoking bans under the Tabakgesetz (Tobacco Act) as amended must always be observed. Smoking on Hofburg Viennapremises is strictly prohibited, except in designated smoking areas. The operator accepts liability neither for infringements of any smoking bans, nor for damages incurred or injury suffered by the Contractual Partner or third parties due to smoking.
No open fires of any kind are permitted in the historic congress centre.
Yes. A loading area is available to event organisers for deliveries and removals. Arrangements should be coordinated with your project manager.
A taxi from Vienna International Airport takes on average 20 minutes. The CAT City Airport Train will take you to Wien Mitte station in 16 minutes; from there, the Hofburg can be reached by underground in five minutes. See also “Where to find us”.

Yes, but only some parts of the building. The section which is open to the public houses the Imperial Apartments, the Sisi Museum, the Treasury, the Imperial Silver Collection and the Spanish Riding School, which can be viewed during the regular opening hours. See also Hofburg.
The entire complex is owned by the Federal Republic of Austria. The building is managed by the Burghauptmannschaft Österreich and the conference centre is operated by the privately-managed Wiener Kongresszentrum Hofburg Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H.

The goods lifts in the Hofburg Congress Center are 4.2m deep, 1.5m wide and 2.1m high, with a maximum load capacity of 4,200kg. The goods lifts in the Redoutensaele are 1.5m deep, 2.35m wide with a door width of 1.8m, and 2.25m high, with a maximum load capacity of 2,000kg.
